Jan van der Poel is Associate Partner for executive search and management audits.

He has completed major executive search assignments for chief executives, directors, senior management and specialists in a wide variety of disciplines including sales, marketing, accounting, research and human ressources mainly in the life sciences environment.

He has industry experience in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Clinical Testing and Publishing. Jan van der Poel has a masters degree in Psychology and is a Chartered Member of the Netherlands Institute for Psychology. He has held management positions with Sanofi, GSK, Pfizer, Roche and Astellas.
